28 April 1942 Sapper A Baggaley --- Lance Corporal W Duckworth --- Sergeant R E Gilmour Sapper G Jackson --- Sapper J B Jones --- Sapper J J Parry Sapper W Plant --- Corporal A J R Skeet --- Corporal D Whittingham Incident All were killed at this incident, believed to have been a mine accident whilst training in Pembroke Dock.

Son of William and Mary Baggaley: Husband of Martha Ellen Baggaley of Swinton, Lancashire. Died on the 28th May 1942. Aged 31. Buried at Pembroke Dock Military Cemetery.
